Hey all, we are tossing around the idea of having an AZBarbeque Holiday Party.  Kind of like a big Meet & Greet.  What are everyone's thoughts?

Of course it would involve BBQ, so we would need a few people to come help cook and we could also make it a pot luck where everyone brings something?

I have a great place we can have it at in Scottsdale (My partner's house) or we can arrange another location or park that is more centerally located.

The dates that would work the best are :  Saturday, December 9th (not that great as this is the date of the rib cook-off during the day), Saturday, December 16th (Best Date) or Saturday, December 23rd (very close to the holiday, but feasible).  What are your thoughts?

We would plan to start the event about 3 pm with food being served at about 5 pm.

Would you be able to attend, if so, how many people would you be bringing?

I think this would be a great idea, hopefully we can put it together.  Darin, we could do the BBQ Gift Exchange at this also if it works out.

Oh yea, Happy Holidays to everyone...  ;)

OK, so the 16th it is.  I will confirm the location today and post more later.  Let's plan to start it about 3 pm and plan to eat around 5 pm.

This will be a Pot Luck so please sound off on what you will be bringing.

AZBarbeque will supply the Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hot Sausage Links and of course our famous Cajun Shrimp.

If anyone else would like to get there earlier in the day with their smoker or using ours and cook up some other items, you are more than welcome, just let me know what time.

So far, there will be 6 including me from my family.  Who else???
