I stopped by the BBQ island, closed on Sunday. I wanted to see the good one again. I went online and looked at the videos on how to use the cooker. It left out many of the details. I'm still thinking this cooker is a good one, but keep it real with potential buyers. Good BBQ is hard work, if it was easy, good smoked brisket wouldn't cost 15 bucks a pound cooked when you buy that it for 2 bucks a pound raw.
