Welcome, Gary. Cool to have someone rockin' regional NC BBQ. I do believe you are the first here to do so, although many of us have dabbled with mustard sauces.
I think it would be fun to have a non-competitive AZ Barbecue event where members/teams each do a different regional style of que. Texas, NC, KC, Memphis, Santa Maria, Cajun, etc. That would be one heckuva potluck!
