Hey fellas!  Just wanted to drop in and say whats up!  I am new to the site but have been smoking for about 7-8 years now.  Looking forward to catching some competitions around AZ to let loose some of this Eastern N.C bar b q!!!

Welcome, Gary. Cool to have someone rockin' regional NC BBQ. I do believe you are the first here to do so, although many of us have dabbled with mustard sauces.

I think it would be fun to have a non-competitive AZ Barbecue event where members/teams each do a different regional style of que.  Texas, NC, KC, Memphis, Santa Maria, Cajun, etc. That would be one heckuva potluck!
