Okay this is for Jaybird, Rhythm & Que, and ALL other AZ teams wanting to cook at the Rock N Ribs competition in 2011.

It was cancelled this year due to construction but looks like they have it planned for next year.  Sorry there isn't much info, but at least they are planning on bringing it back!  ;D

We added this event to our 2011 calendar when we saw that it was approved by KCBS back in April.  We love being in Salt Lake City in the summertime!
