Yea, we turned them down for doing a comp there and told them they really just needed big catering teams that could cook a lot of ribs out there.They wanted to charge each competitor $800 per space plus 65% of your take and you needed to supply ribs to the public for 3 straight days.Not something we wanted to be a part of.
I heard it's just going to be a bunch of rib vendors. Have a few people heading out there to see what it's like.If you hear anything, post it up..
