So, what's everyone doing for Memorial Day this year?

Absolutely nothing.  Over the past 14 weeks, it's our first weekend with no plans.  100% looking forward to it!

Big Daddy's BBQ of Tempe is having a party on Sunday, May 30 at 4pm at our home, 1952 E Greentree Dr, Tempe.

Unveiling the completed 3rd Generation Smoker.....you won't want to miss this....I just came from the "shop" and those two guys are really getting crazy.....

Although we may not know many of your teams very personally yet, we would love to have any and all of you stop by.

Pulling the smoker up in front of our driveway, setting up all our tents in the driveway, smoking some meat and even thinking of having a SIDE DISH COMPETITION (we need some volunteer judges) and of course swimming for the kids.

Doing bbq pulled pork, beans and other sides for about 150 people in our sub-division on the new Diamond Plate 70. Have a retired Marine Corp Sergeant Major to give a tribute. Have been doing this for 4 years now on borrowed smokers, this year will be on mine!!

Phil, that sounds like a wonderful tribute. I use to go to Manzanita every Memorial Weekend where they would have a great tribute. But Manzanita is no longer there. Enjoy your holiday and your new cooker.
