Hey all, something I forget to put in the packets is info about the cooks pot luck dinner for Friday Nite.

If you all would like, we would love to have a cooks Pot Luck on Friday night out at the Lake Pleasant BBQ Cook-off.  Bring something that you love to make that you consider your "Speciality".

For example, we will be bringing some of our famous Cajun Shrimp....   

We would like to start this at about 8 pm in the large Ramada.

Hope to see all the cooks, their teams and family out at the pot luck.

8 pm ?? !!!! Hey thats past my bedtime !!!! LOL !! No really,I will be there friday at 8pm after getting up at about 6am,and I will be ready to eat way before 8pm,more like 6pm !! At 8pm I will be seasoning,rubbing and prepairing away on my meat (no comments needed  !!!! I will stop by though,I am looking forward to meeting everyone ! BTW,stop by the "BBQ Bullies" site anytime friday evening for a handshake and a  shot of "Crown Royal" on me and my team ! All I have else to say is,IT'S ON !!!!!!
