Thom, with the cost of peanut oil it does make sense to reuse it. Strain it as best you can and refrigerate it. The chicken fat can make it go rancid if it sits around for days at room temp.
Mark, there's NO chicken-fat in a turkey. (Sorry, had to bust SOMEONE'S bubble today.)
Thom, my brother has successfully re-used peanut oil for a couple years now. I wouldn't worry.
