Gents I have enjoyed all the feed back from all the Arizona BBQ Members reference building and improving the smokers and grills that I build. I am currently building two more Smokers for clients in CA. Thanks to Jeremys Grill I have incorporated some changes into the vertical smoker. I also added many vents at the fire box. Each vent can be open or closed. Enjoy viewing the photos and post any comments that you like. I have contemplated the insulated version, adds to the price and frankly I don't think the market for the BackYard BBQuer wants to pay that. However, I am researching a blanket that will fit over the smoker with access to the door and firebox door which will not increase the smoker price by hundreds. but insulate it nicely.
