I really like that they are not white like the older models.  I need to invest in one for sure now.

Not a big fan of the Maverick products. I have Wireless thermometers from their last two designs. Their range has always been the biggest problem. I've never had one that went past maybe 30 or 40 feet.Durability of the switches is another in my opinion. Supposedly they say that they fixed those things. The products from Thermoworks are always much better.
