Our church group had a gas grill donated and we can use it for our pancake breakfast if we had a griddle for it.  The grill cooking surface is 20" X 50".  Any ideas??

One of our members, Smoking_Turkey, makes custom grill grates, maybe he can make a griddle.  That is in case the one that is at BBQ Island won't work. :)

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Hello Bernie,

Lodge is a manufacture of Case Iron Pan, Pots and they have a very heavy duty grill, it does have to be seasoned and kept seasoned.

I saw some nice looking Stainless grills at a Restaurant Supply house called Big Pan it is located at 3532 W Northern Ave.  I did not look at the price, but they looked pretty solid.

I would first check with Mike at BBQ Island and see what they have, they always handle the BBQ Needs of the community.

Yes Dave,  I intended to go to BBQ Island first.  I just want to see what's out there, especially cost wise.  You know how cheap most church's are.  Now I hoping we can use stainless steel.
