Nothing to impressive or huge, but these is what I attempt to make my BBQ on.

The UDS:

The Hondo:

I also have a Brinkman smoke and pit that I now use as charcoal grill, a weber gasser and a couple of weber kettles.

Hello Kid,

The frame that your UDS sits in, what was that before???  I have a small dolly stand for my UDS, but I have been thinking of placing it on a stand.

Thanks

It was once a gas grill, with side burner.  The metal sideburner now makes a perfect place for my charcoal starter!

Wuzzat an ez set gas grill? That side table looks pretty familiar...
I ran outta profane 2 months ago--bought a smoker 6 wks ago. Now the gas grill is a stand for my charcoal chimney while it catches fire!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

New!
...could be I really dont know...picked it up from a guy on craigslist just to take it apart.  ;D ;D ;D

I already have the next gas grill ready to be taken apart for my next UDS.  I am going to try to save the side burner to use as a charcoal starter.

Good idea just dont leave the propane to close or you could be the meat that is smoking.
