Drink less...although I think you mentioned once that you don't drink at all?
Drink tea - Grapefruit juice - Lower BP
Eat more fish - Omega 3 fats help lower BP
I eat a good fiber cereal every morning and add ground Flax Seed + Bananas or berries - Potassium lowers BP
Get more calcium in your diet - Calcium lowers BP
Olive or Sesame Seed oil instead of corn or vegetable oil - this can lower you BP by as much as 30 points alone!
Weight loss and exercise is the real key. Eating right is the first step, but your body has to move. A sedentary lifestyle gives you almost no chance of beating this.
