I'm batching it tonight so when it came time for some grub I went to the fridge and found ground beef with taco seasoning. A quick glance up to the top of the fridge scored some Doritos Scoops and, well the rest is history.
The scoops were arranged on a paper plate, taco meat added along with chopped onion, salsa and shredded cheese. Popped them in the micro wave for a minute then topped them with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
Quick and easy meal for me and the best part was, since I have to clean up, was that I only had to wash a knife and a spoon.
Sorry, no pics but they were ready and I was hungry.
