I make a low carb fish taco that my family loves and yes it's simple --
Talipa fillets dusted with Cajan seasoning.
Baked @ 400 deg for about 15 min
Santa Fe 4 grams of carb flour tortillas -- toasted on the stove
Garnish with angel hair cabbage, grated sharp cheese, fresh picante --- sour cream
Pincante -- 4 japs, 1/2 yellow onion, 2 cloves garlic, 4 romas -- chopped ---  cilantro fresh to taste, 1 whole lime squeezed -- salt and pepper to taste ---

I do a very similar dish, but I dip the fish in an egg wash, season up and fry in a dry non stick pan. Instead of the wrap, I use Napa Cabbage leafs to do the wrap.

Man, I might have to do this for dinner tonight

I forgot to add that I make a white sauce kinda like Rubio's.

It is easy, about a 1/2 cup Mayo, TBLS of Lime Juice (about 1/2 a fresh lime), a little milk, dash of salt.  Mix it to smooth and spoon on.  Then I add some hot sauce, shredded Cabbage and I am good to go.
