was given this link by AzJohnnyC. cause i was looking for help to do a full hog porchetta in my LANG 84d. he so kindly told me where to go. and so.........g'day mates, i have arrived.
i am on a forum with another new member Captain Hook, and also a committee member with the ABBQA. as the capt' has writ we are trying reeeel hard to educate our brethren away from the gassers and into the real world of BBQ, i owned a gasser for a while, it made a good storage cabinet for my BBQ tools and charcoal.

i had more, but when i bought the LANG and the TRAEGER 100, i felt the rest were over kill. so i donated them to an op shop.
