My name is Robert and my wife is Lauren.  I found the site when we were looking for a BBQ vendor for our MMI Open House.  Whisky Ranch answered the call and came out with their big spread.  They even brought out the Big Chief of the site and put him to work.
 :)
We did have a blast and I look forward to hooking up with them again.  I will say, my feet feet like I walked 30 miles yesterday and that sun was not too kind.  I feel like I am glowing today.. :-[

I must say, I have limited experience in making BBQ, but plenty of experience in eating it... ;D.  I look frward to hanging out and reading what you are all up to.

I have a softball message board that you are all welcome to check out. CLICK HERE   Also, check out some of the pics from our Open House yesterday.   CLICK HERE

Thanks,

Robert

Robert, welcome once again to the site, great to have you.

We really enjoyed it out there yesterday and I'm glad that you found our site resourceful in finding your BBQ vendor for yesterday's event.  That's one of the great things about our site, the ability for people and companies to come on here and find great Caterers and other resources they might be looking for.

We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Great Softball site, how do you like that forum software?  It looks similar to ours, but I noticed it's VBulletin.

It's in Hesperia, California.  Here is the link to the info on it..  http://www.cbbqa.org/wiki/index.php?title=2009_Golden_State_Championships

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it due to work commitments... (This working for a living thing), but I know there are a few AZ teams going.

We also just announced a Brisket Competition on Saturday, April 11th down at Famous Daves in Mesa, hopefully you can make it out there.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
