Hello from Mesa!
I am a griller and love to use all wood to grill. I use mesquite, I just love a sizzling steak over mesquite. I grew up with the smell and whenever I catch a wiff of someone burning mesquite I have to stop and take a deep breath, then I drool a little.
But, I really want to take up smoking  I would love to smoke a brisket. I am pretty fixed on using all wood, that's just me. I reeealy want to weld up my own smoker and will be working on that soon. That's it, can't wait to meet people that like dead animals over fire as much as I do and steal their secrets.. I mean, Learn from them

Be warned that "smoking" meats can very addictive.....
I go to bed at night thinking of how I can make better BBQ......

When I'm not grilling, I'm posting here...look where it's gotten me! On top of that, the females in my house don't like smoked food...so I rarely cook. That's how I got over 3000 posts!!
