Hello fellow BBQers,

My name is David Allred and I was one of the founding members of the Arizona BBQ Society.  Sorry to hear that it is now dead.

But with that I am an advid BBQer and love the food that I have cooked.  I have a smoker trailer, and converted a few others to smoke the greatest food on earth.

right now I am not involved that much in cooking due to working 2 jobs, but expect to see me out visiting the contest in the near future.

Glad to be back.

David

Hey David, welcome to the site/club.  We are happy to have you here.  We do have a great bunch of BBQers on here and have a really great time.

Hope to see you online here more sharing your BBQing exploits with us and we really look forward to meeting you out at some of our great upcoming events.

We have many members here from the old Association and have really worked hard at building BBQ into what it should be here in the state.  Would love to sit down and discuss that with you over a few drinks some time.  I do talk with Lane from time to time and hope to have him out at some upcoming events as well.

WELCOME!!

Mike

David, glad you're back!

Wait until you all see the smoker that he and his Dad built. It is truly a thing of beauty.

Michael, it's great to hear that you are in contact with Lane. He busted his hump on behalf of BBQ in AZ and I'd love to see him become an active part of it again. Tell him hi for me! ;D

David, great to have you here!  BBQ in Arizona is booming right now and everyone has had a bit to do with that, so we're glad to have you continue to have your hands in that.  We look forward to see you out at some of all the local events we have planned.

Glad to have you on board. I started smokin' meat about 2 years ago, and now I have my CBJ. Wish I could cook as good as I can eat! Looking forward to meeting you at some upcoming events. Although I am also working 2 jobs...

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
