Hello All,

I go by Big Ken.  A friend and I have enjoyed barbecuing for our neighbors for some years and started thinking about taking the next step.  Possible catering or more. We hope to test our grit in some competitions and learn a few things.  Any pointers and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
