Just want to say hi. I am in Goodyear and work in Gila Bend. I owned a pizza rest back in MD for years and am thinking about gettin a nice BBQ trailer for the weekends.  I have have always wanted to get into bbq and have been smoking everything I can ever since I can remember. Welcome to the site, great to have you here.  We have lots of great events throughout the year and hope to see you at many of them.  We have our big November BBQ Cook-off coming up out in Buckeye this year, that's not too far from you.  Hope to see you out there enjoying it with us.  It's going to be a great time.

The site/club has lots to offer, so take some time and browse through it, if you don't see something, create a topic on it and I'm sure you will get lots of replys.
