My name is Bob Smith, I've been smokin for a short time on a small up right smoker. I have a large family and like to smoke several types of meats for them but the smoker wasn't big enough. I have designed and built a larger smoker. I hope to finish it and get it seasoned soon. it is about 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide and 2 feet deep. it has 2 water pans and 2 drawers that pullout and are the fire box. Any ideas that I can get from anyone will be great. I hope to start competing with in the next year of two.
I hope to meet and cook for some of you in the near future.
