Welcome to the forum. It's monsoon, and humidity is up, but we still don't need gills!
Next few days, cooking method is open smoker, insert food, close smoker. Charcoal unnecessary! OK, not really, but the other day, I'd left my thermometer out there, and it was 140 in my smoker cold. 3 briquettes will get me to 230...
