Hello,
I am new to the smoking game. I just completed my first UDS build and loved every moment of it. I fear that I am becoming addicted to the JOYS of SMOKING. I have smoked BB ribs, chicken , meatloaf and all types of pork.  Glad to be part of this Society of those who enjoy the finer things in life

dk--sounds good together...What a wonderful pairing! Send Quiggs all the pics of Midwest snow, slush, rainstorms and tornadoes you want. I'll look too, but it'll further remind me that 105 ain't that bad. Just not being able to touch the steering wheel...
dk--yes, me too.
