Hi To All,

My wife Jean and I compete under the name of Palm Springs BBQ. Its a hobby for us that one day might turn into a catering business. We cook primarily on pellet burners and currently have have both a FE-100 and FEC-500. We are thinking of talking both of them out to the Stagecoach event.

We have a number of good friends over in Phoenix and Tucson and for the last year been threatening to do a couple events over there. With $4.00 a gallon gas though it makes you wonder.

Hope to meet everyone soon.

Sorry to hear that you have to cook on pellet poopers.  Just teasing.  Whatever works for you brother. ;D

Welcome and can't wait to meet you at one of the comps.  Man a FE 500, with that much space you could start a restaurant.

Welcome to the board, I am new here as well. I used to work on an ambulance in your area every now and then when help was needed. Heck, the most expensive meal I ever had was in Palm Desert at the Ruths Chris. Good times there riding the tram as well.
