I work with Roger on The Good Times BBQ Company smoker. I do s little myself when the munchkins aren't turning over my offset smoker. Mainly, I make sure that the fire in the lang doesn't go out. Oh, and drink beer.
It has been great meeting everyone at the competitions and learning as much as I have in the past few weeks from the experienced competitors. i would tell everyone that has not been to a competition to get out there and do it, you would not believe how fun and informative it is.
