I would love to learn about cold smoking too.  A buddy of mine has a couple of Pro Q's, but I am not sure which ones they are.  He did say something about them no longer being sold in the US.  They both stand at around 6 or 7 feet tall.  He did say they would maintain around 260 all day long.  He is a competitive BBQ'er though.
