I've always loved BBQ, but I haven't done any of the events, and I haven't done much cooking myself - but it's something I'm interested in getting started with.

I just attended the BBQ certified judge class, learned some interesting things, and had a great time (and some delicious food too).

I'm looking forward to checking out some of the events coming up, maybe start to get involved.
