Just wanted, to introduce myself. 

My name is Dave, and i am from the East Valley. 

I love cooking, and now it is time to add BBQ to my repertoire.  I just bought my first smoker, and look forward to picking up as much info as i can, around here.

Tom- I like "The Pork Shop".  It is literally 3 min from my house, so i hit it up, fairly often.  Friendly staff, and the guy who runs the place knows his stuff.

AzJohnny- I went with a 22.5 WSM.  I liked the fact, that it is pretty compact, and didn't take up too much room.  I think it should serve me well.   I kind of wish i would have talked to BBQ Island, before ordering one online.  I hadn't found this forum yet, and would have much rather support the locals, who support us.

I think you are correct. Mike needs to charge all Dave's a sign up fee. He wouldn't need any advertisers then. Great suggestion "DAVE".
