I've been spoiled by my parents and other relatives for years - they're the experts when it comes to BBQing on the grill!

But now it's time for me to man up and start my own legacy!

I've got skills when it comes to making hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks and barbeque chicken (who doesn't), but now I've gotta get my RIB game up to par!

I look forward to reading some of your recipes and creating my own dishes so I can share them with you!!

Once again, welcome to the site, great to have you.  Practicing is the best part of BBQing and we all love to practice and taste, so if you ever need any "Official Tasters" for those ribs, just let us know.

We do have some great BBQ Cook-offs coming up toward the end of the year when it actually cools down a bit and we hope to see you out there either competing or just enjoying the events.

We will also be out at all the ASU and Cardinal's tailgate parties and you are more than welcome to come join us for any of those.

Hope to meet you soon, but until then, enjoy the site and all it has to offer.  If you don't see something posted, create a topic for it, odds are if you are wanting to know something, someone else is as well.

Also, don't forget that we LOVE Pictures here on the site, so anytime you do any BBQing, take some photos and post them for us all to enjoy.
