Hi everyone. I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, so i thought i would start here.
Our phoenix location hosts a customer appreciation day every year. Normally we do all of our own cooking as a way to show hospitality to our customers, however this year we are short staffed and our pit is being used somewhere else. We are not looking for some one to "cater" the lunch, instead we are looking for someone who has their own pit and has a reputation for great BBQ.We want to serve Brisket, ribs, chicken and sausage to approx 200-250 people for lunch on April 24th. We can provide the meat, if anyone is willing to do the smoking and bring their pit on site that day and help with the slicing.(we will compensate you for your time) The reason I say we do not want it "catered" is we want our guests to think we did the cooking, therefore no advertising your brand or company.
