Greetings everyone and Happy New Year!!

I live with my wife in Tempe and we're long-time BBQ enthusiasts!  Just yesterday I smoked a 12# flat brisket which came out wonderful and 3 racks of babyback ribs that I hoped would come out better but were still delicious.  I have a BBQ Chef smoker from Barbeques Galore and use it regularly for smoked turkey at Thanksgiving to smoked meats whenever the urge gets the best of me.  I was at it for 10 hours yesterday!

Anyway, I'm thrilled to see a community of local BBQ-ists and I pledge to do whatever I can to help put AZ on the BBQ Map!

Best regards,

Mark and Amy

Welcome to the site!  We have a lot of fun here, whether it be at competitions, socials, and even bantering back and forth on this site.  Everyone is really friendly and helpful so you've found a good spot! Oddly enough you are like the 3rd "Mark & Amy" that I've met through BBQ!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
