hello all, my name is Erik Gerharter but everyone in az calls me Cornbred. I'm originally from Norfolk, NE and have been living in Flagstaff Az since 2000. As everyone else i love smokin' and jokin'. i smoke on a weber smokey mt. the bbq team i'm on is called The Three Angry Wives...they all live in KC, MO. looking forward to learning more about AZ bbq. Go CARDINALS!!

Welcome to the site again, great to have you.  Looking forward to seeing you online here more and getting to meet you out at some of our events.  We are hoping to get up to Flagastaff some time this year for a BBQ Crawl.  Hopefully we can get a cook-off going up there as well.

Welcome Cornbread, great to have you here.  As a former Flagstaffian, I can definitely say that we miss it up there.  Although 78 degrees and sunny in January doesnt suck too bad down here in the valley.

they're angry because of our favorite "pass time" barbequing and drinking. probably more so the drinking. fortunately none of the wives our mine... but the summer of 2010 we will be changing the team name to the Four Angry Wives. if my gal is still okay with me smokin and jokin every weekend. as far as the polygamy goes, no, as far as i know all are individual wives.
