Howdy , Well our Namei n the Chuck Wagon Association is Buzzards Circle N. We have been competing on open fires and allot of dutch Ovens, We are happy to be expanding out into the BBQ curcuit it seems like allot of fun and look forward to Havasu! I have built a smoker and we are ready to play!

Glad you found the forum, folks! Did I count 11 DOs in this pic? Hooba Dooba!! I'm nuts for cast iron cookware, but I only have 3 #8 skillets and 2 DOs--a #8 stovetop, and a 12" that I never use. I keep plannin', but never do. I'd love some main course recipes, if you have some. Mike started a DO thread a while back, and it never gets used. Maybe we can breathe life into it.
