Hi there and thanks Mike R. 4 the invite. I've done some competition in the Seattle area and took 1st for best Salmon in a PNWBA cookoff. Moved to Yuma after some work on the oil rigs in Northern B.C. Hope 2 compete down here. I have a 10 ft smoker mounted on a 19 ft legal to tow trailer 4 sale. Cooking surface roughly 15 sq feet. Smoker has an offset firebox and also doubles as a charcoal grill should you want it to. top slide out rack holds 300+ lbs of meat. Mounted on the other side of the trailer is 4 ft 4 burner gas BBQ with mounts and a 110 v motor and spit. Entire trailer was built by myself and the cookers are made of 3/8 inch mild steel so they will never burn through. Both lids can be secured with padlocks.Tandem axle.Tows extremely well. Will try and post photos soon as possible. You may email me at hronhumphreys@fastmail.fm or if you are in town it can be seen at 12632 E Tanja Dr. Yuma (Foothills area). Slow and Low all.

Welcome Harry, looking forward to seeing you at some up coming events. I have tried to make salmon on the grill and lets just say it wasn't all that eatable. So hopefully you could give us some insight into how to do it right.
