hello to all BBQ lovers!!! my name is Luis R. Becerra. I was born in Leon Got Mexico, grownup in Grand Prairie TX but since 2005 I been living in Phoenix AZ. i love to cook, baking, BBQ, everything about food. I'm a culinary student from Phoenix college, so I know how to cook a little but I still need some help on BBQ because its noting better that beer and BBQ ,well littel tequila too jajaja, so I hope I can find it here.

Well, I posted to this last night. Wonder where it went! You'll find lots of neat stuff here. We've had some interesting discussions about types of charcoal, types of wood, what goes into putting on a good competition. And the folks here arrange other activities to supplement the competitive cook offs. Welcome aboard, hope you find us fun and useful.
