I am new here. I will start off by saying "I love smoked meat!" I am originally from San Diego and I am grateful to be in a town where it is okay for a girl to love meat. I do not have much experience in smokers or traditional BBQ, but my dad has had a smoker for the longest time. I can say this: Smoked Turkey is one of the main reasons I go back home for Thanksgiving!
We are hoping to attend some events and make some friends.
On another note, my husband and I own a small metal fabrication shop in Tempe and would like to make ourselves available for those who need custom metal fabrication work.
Lastly, I am we are interested in home-brewing. We'd like to make some friends who know a little more about it. It seems like BBQ and brewing go hand-in-hand. After all, you have to have something good to wash that BBQ down!
