hey guys names Allen i'm 21, I love cooking for my family and friends, mostly BBQ since i can let it do its thing while i have a few cold ones. I do not plan on doing competitions, but i'd love to judge some! i really enjoy brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork and beef, chicken, ok i like everything. hope to see some of you guys around town at some events!

You say you don't want to compete, but you are 21 and trust me, you want to be out at the events hanging out with the teams on Friday night.  Just sayin...    Watch out for that Major Woody's Team though.
