It's been so long since I've been online with you guys that I had to re-register. I really like the new site a lot. What really grabbed my attention however was the press release on the Triple Crown. I think it was about this time last year that I got all fired up about trying to figure out a way to get us a national or a big competition. It looks like you are on your way.
I work at the Bondurant Racing School but I love to cook. One of these days I'll get over the hump from recreational backyard q'er to an actual competition competitor. I grew out of my little "bullet" smoker (I know you guys call them soemthing else) and have been using an offset firebox setup. I now know why guys put those things on axles. I still like to use the little one sometimes, but most of the time I need more grill space. I've made about a 100 racks, a few tenderloins, but only one brisket (for Easter this year) so that ought to give you an idea of where I'm at.
