Hey am new to this website thanks to Mike, am BBQ Al From Texas now in Az I have owned BBQ places and bars and done compitions before, had a large catering  business as well. I held the award for best BBQ in the state of Washington before moving back to Phx. So this looks like a cool place and hope to meet all of you .

Jay, you are just winning way too much money at the comps.  Maybe we should switch names, as it appears that you have the Toys 4 BBQ'n  ;

Is it a straight grill or smoker combo.   Is the fire far enough for low and slow??

BTW, at 21 you are 1 over the limit. 

However, I will save you.  Given it is coming on the week of my birthday, you can just give it to me.

and now, back to you, Al...what part of AZ do you call home, and what part of TX did you escape from? I lived in Abilene for 5 years. For all the picking I do on Tx, I do kind of miss the place. I pick on TX cuz I grew up in DCish. One of those 'Skins/Cowboys things.
