Well here go"s I will try to keep it short.
I Moved to Peoria AZ about 20 years ago from San Diego Calif. Out there I did a little fishing so my passion was smoking fish. Now that I am in the land of red meat I am trying to learn the ropes as far as temp & time go. I have done some ribs they come out OK. Smoked a turkey also some elk they all came out real nice. But I sure miss my old smoker.
