First, I want to thank all of you for the personal welcomes you sent.

My name is Joe, I am the owner of Eat at Joe's Barbecue in Wikieup. We are now in our fourth year.
I smoke and BBQ all day, every day, and many a night, so this is by no means a hobby, and hasn't been for some time.
I do have tons of information. Some I'll share,and some I won't.

I tend to look for the funnier things to post, and try not to be too serious, but I do call things the way I see them, and have been banned for such at other places, so I'll probably keep posting here to a minimum.
At least until I get a feel for the place.

Joe I retired from BBQ competition and also the car club. I sold the car and many of my smokers but replaced a couple of the smokers already. We will stop in if we get up that way.

Hey Joe, welcome.....this be Dave who hooked up your fire system when you first opened.  Stopped by on the way to the Pulte event a few months back and had a great lunch, tried the boudan (spelling?) sausage for the first time. Loved it.
