Hi All,
Just joined your forum a couple of days ago.  My name is Benny Adauto.  I live in Whittier, CA  I have a few Weber kettles, one Ranch Kettle and an 18 1/2 inch WSM.  I am an infrequent competition cook (Funtime BBQ) and a more frequent CBJ.  I have judged at contests in UT, NM, AZ and CA so far.  I hope to be at a few more events in AZ next year and meet more of you in person.

Thanks for the welcome.  The only thing I have done is to cook some pulled pork and brisket for the local Sr. Center here in my town.  I used the Ranch Kettle with a Stoker system.  The center has a certified kitchen allowing me to prep and serve without going through all the permit process.

Thanks everyone for your warm welcomes.  I'm looking forward to visitng AZ a little more this coming year.  I may try to tag along with a cook for the Tempe contest is a couple of weeks.  We'll see if it works out.
