Figured I would introduce myself. I LOVE some good BBQ food.

I travel a lot and am always looking for good BBQ food along the way. I hunt, go to muscle car shows etc. so I am always seeing a place while driving and stopping in.

I think anyone that has driven between Vegas and phoenix has been to the place in Wikieup. I cannot remember the name of the place, I think Joes something.
Here in Vegas we have this place called Adams Ribs. Im not even sure if they are around anymore.

I drive through Phoenix at least once a month and I hunt all the way south of Tucson in Arivaca. Suppose to be a good BBQ place there or actually in the town right off the freeway now.

an other great BBQ places anyone knows about between the areas let me know!

Deven, Welcome to the site/club, great to have you here.

We do have a great group of BBQers on here with lots of great discussions.

We certainly look forward to seeing you online here more and hopefully meeting you out at some of our great events.

Yes, Eat at Joe's is in Wikieup and is a pretty good place to visit.  Down in Tucson, you have Brushfire that is pretty good as well as the new BBQ Restaurant that just opened up in the JW Marriott called Catalina Barbeque Company.  Stop in and say, "Hello" to the Head Chef down there, Chris Brown.  He is a really good guy.

Enjoy the site and WELCOME once again.

Glad you've joined us, Deven. If you've come all the way from Vegas to the Phoenix area on your way to Tuxon, you might as well make the trek to Bryan's Black Mountain BBQ, over on Cave Creek Road.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
