Been in Arizona for about 27 years. Only been smoking Lo-n-Slo for little over a year now. I had been using Weber's for years. My 1st smoker was a CharGriller with a side firebox, picked up a BBQ Grillware propane then built a UDS. I just got a X LG BGE and am just learning the fire control, I am really impressed with it!

Hope to see some of you around, maybe there will be some Tucson events. ;)

Terry,

Welcome to the site, great to have you.  I too have a Char Griller Duo with a Firebox, so really a Triple now..  Great unit, I love it.

We are hopeful to get some events going down South there and Mark is our lead guy on it and I'm sure he would appreciate all the help he could get.  You can contact him at MarkSmith@AZBarbeque.com  He is our Southern Arizona Club Ambassador, but is shows that he referred you, so I figure you two must know each other.

Enjoy the site and all it has to offer, we do have some great topics on here and some great members.

Look forward to meeting you soon.

Mike  ;)

Welcome Terry.

Hope to see you up the Brew n Que Fest on Mt Lemmon this October.

Last year was a hell of a good time, and was also my introduction to this motley bunch.  First guy I met there was Marty, Aaron was there, along with many of the Tucson Quers and the Tucson Homebrew Club.

Anyway, great bunch of folks here, I'm sure you'll enjoy being a part of it.
