Hello,

My name is Sarah Garceau.  I am trying to get more involved with the barbcue communities, as there isn't a very strong presence in Southern Oregon.  I work for the City of Central Point as the Recreation Coordinator.  This will be my third year as the Event Coordinator for Battle of the Bones, which requires each team cooks around 500 pounds of meat for our public tastings.  (We provide all of the meat.)

I have been learning a lot more about barbecue, but I know there is a lot more to learn!  I look forward to getting to know everybody.  Have a great day!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
