I've probably driven past it. I try to go to the Chilli Bowl every year in Tulsa.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Welcome David,

If you look under David's website, you find a couple guys that did pretty well in the American Royal in Brisket using his injection.

Let see, Todd (Plowboy) in First, then David snuck in 2nd and oh yeah, Cool Smoke came in 3rd using the injection.  Way to go David.

David is also helping Eddy with the cooking class on the FEC.  I was wondering David, are you going to show Eddy how to use it or is it the other way around.  :D

Welcome to the Desert, looking forward to meeting you.
