Hello All,
I am in my 2nd year of barbecuing and am completely hooked. As an engineer by trade, the meticulous nature of BBQ allows me to nerd out while bringing friends/family together for good food and drinks. Like I said, I'm completely hooked; this is all I think about at work and do extensive research/testing when home.
I'm here looking to further my learning, share, collaborate, compete, gather feedback, etc. all with the hopes of fine tuning the craft eventually setting up shop to bringing more of this beautiful food to the people of Phoenix. I look forward to meeting some of you to share some good food.
