Hey guys,

Was just googling some local AZ bbq resources and stumbled in here. Have a large BGE that I use very frequently and am always looking for new recipes and ideas, not so sure about competitions but would enjoy attending some as a spectator.

I also recently discovered http://site.themeatshopaz.com/, best meat in town.

Welcome Karl, being somewhat new to the club myself, I can say jump rght in! "Mentoring", e.g. working lol w/Mike @ this past week-end's Chandler event opened up a great new world for me!! This group is pretty darn awesome!
